“The flat is perfect for a short or long stay in Venice. Really clean and nice, it provides anything you may need and you can enjoy a really good bed. The neighborhood is calm and nice, and you have two vaporetto stations in a short walk from the apartment. We would stay here again if we come back, we really enjoyed this place and this flat, which was like a real home for us!”  Romain (Spain) – AIRBNB

“We had a wonderful stay at Claudia’s apartment. The unit was warm and cozy, yet we had plenty of room to layout our belongings. As well, we enjoyed a nice kitchen & dining area which was very homey. Great location in Castello near Via Garibaldi with restaurants & markets close by. Quick access to water taxis at Giardini Biennale. Athena Gym is also only 5 minutes away. San Marco Square is a short walk only about 15 minutes away.” Peter (Canada) – AIRBNB

“Everything was as described. The apartment quiet, well equipped, and is perfectly situated: within walking distance to the Marcus square; a boot stop is just around the corner; a small grocery shop and a nice bakery is within 5 minute walking distance. The person in charge of us on behalf of Claudia, was super responsive and helpful and replied quickly to our emails. On our arrival date, she showed us the apartment, gave us the keys, and made sure we had everything we wanted. All taking together, we would definitely choose this apartment again and recommend it to everyone.” Sebastian (Austria) – AIRBNB

“Super quiet and comfi appartment in a nice neighbourhood, away from the tourists, excellent for a Biennale trip to Venice!” Sarah (Belgium) – AIRBNB

“Tout était parfait, nous avons passé un super séjour. Que c’est beau Venise!” Catherine (France) – AIRBNB

“We had a wonderful stay at our host’s apartment! It was spacious, comfortable, well equipped, and located in a quiet area, yet within easy walking distance from the places we wanted to visit. The vaporetto is close by, and so are great restaurants. The person who was in charge of us picked us up at the boat stop and gave us a lot of information on the city, making us feel truly welcome. The only thing to keep in mind when visiting in fall is that the heating in Venice apartments works only from October 15 on, so before that it can be quite cool.” Nadine (Germany) – AIRBNB

“Nos sentimos totalmente integrados desde que llegamos. No conocimos a la anfitriona, pero nos hizo llegar toda la información a través de Luciana, que fue encantadora con nosotros. El apartamento de 10. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.” Eduardo Miguel (Spain) – AIRBNB

“Our host met us at the water bus stop, short walk to the apartment. She gave us several good recommendations for restaurants in the area. We loved the apartment! Great location and very clean, cute & comfortable! We would stay there again on another trip to Venice!” Johanne (Washington, USA) – AIRBNB

“It was in great location the place was very spacious and provided us with great stay since we experienced heavy rain in Venice.” Stori (California, USA) – AIRBNB

“Our host was very helpful both before and during our stay answering any questions or queries we had about the area, offering lots of helpful tips. The location is great – quiet and not too touristy but still within walking distance from all the key attractions. The kitchen facilities and general spec of the apartment were also great. The apartment is spacious and clean. Definitely would recommend to others.” Fran (UK) – AIRBNB

“The apartment is really great! It has almost everything for the comfortable stay. It is located in the quiet area, however just 15 minutes walk to St Marco. Communication with the host was easy and fast, and she even met us on the water bus stop, and escorted to the apartment. In general, we highly recommend this place!” Anton (Germany) – AIRBNB

“Lovely convenient and very well refurbished apartment in the heart of Venice. Walking distance to most attractions. Our host must be a pro tourist guide with vast knowledge of the city and what to do and where to go. She was really helpful with pickup and guided tour to the apartment. Would definitely recommend.” Mikkel (Australia) – AIRBNB
