“The flat is great for a couple, well equiped and nicely decorated, very clean and quiet. We loved the location far from crowded areas. At the end of a long day, you just have to go down the flat, chose one bar along the canal to enjoy a spritz or a glass of wine with locals. You can also sit on the campo del ghetto nuovo (accross the bridge) and watch the children playing. We just felt like Venitians. Communication is easy and quick and arrangements for getting the keys on arrival were excellent. We also appreciated finding everything for a nice cup of tea on arrival. Therefore if you plan to stay few days in Venice, don’t hesitate to rent this place. We especially recommend the restaurant Upapa, campo ghetto nuovo, for its excellent cuisine, very nice recipes inspired by traditional cooking, homemade bread.”

“This apartment was awesome! The location was perfect for us. It is off the main beaten path, so super quiet, but was a very convenient location that we loved. It was a 10 minute walk from the train station, was 20 minute walk to Piazza San Marco, and 5-15 minute walk to all of the main boat stops. The check-in / check-out process was seamless. The apartment was modern and the amenities were exactly as listed on the website. We hope to make it back to Venice and we would definitely stay here again!”

“The apartment is very clean with lots of light and, most importantly, very quiet. At the same time, you can just walk few meters to find very good bars and restaurants. It is located in an area from where you can walk easily to every point of interest in Venice. The apartment is very nicely decorated with plenty of storage space and the bed big and very comfortable. My husband and myself were in Venice for work and staying here really helped us to unwind and rest for the next busy day. We will choose this place again next time we will be in Venice.”

“We were very glad to stay here as we wanted to explore architecture and art in the city without having to stick to the heavily tourist populated areas. All in all excellent for us! The flat is as good as the images. Communication was great and the area perfect to enjoy a more ‘real’, relaxed Venice.”
Carl, Glasgow (UK) – AIRBNB
“We got a warm and relaxed welcome with a lot of valuable information about the city. The place is homey and comfortable with all the necessary equipment one needs to have in the flat. It was more spacious than expected and we appreciated the authentic refurbishment that looks exactly like on the photos. Also the location is as quiet as described and still very close to a lot of bars a bit off the main stream routes.”

Great apartment for a couple. Nicely decorated, new furniture, fully functional kitchen, washing machine, equipped with everything you need in an apartment. Apartment is very comfortable and roomy, with skylight windows that add a special note to it. This neighborhood (Jewish Ghetto) is an excellent choice, streets are far from crowded. You get to experience true Venice, surrounded with local people. Nothing is far to reach, especially since water bus (vaporetto) comes along to a nearby station every few minutes, if you don’t feel like walking. We had a great stay here. Host was terrific, we kept in touch while on our way there and were warmly welcomed upon arrival. Extremely friendly and helpful, sharing guidelines of places to visit, food, souvenirs. It felt more like we were staying at a good friend’s place than a rented out apartment. We were happier each day to wake up in a nice and quiet neighborhood and to come back to a roomy and comfy surroundings after a long day of walking. I would gladly and definitely recommend this place, I believe it has great value.
