This loft located in Cannaregio district used to be the atelier of a painter. It was renovated, trying to maintain its flavor and inserting some of the artist’s artworks. It is set on the last floor of a building of historical interest with an harmonious Gothic courtyard hosting a 15th century staircase and well. With its three terraces, the loft is bright and airy. The facade of the building overlooks the canal ‘Rio de SS. Apostoli’. The main terrace of the loft overlooks the canal (with gondolas passing by) and has a beautiful view of SS. Apostoli bell tower.

Loft Blenner is at a 5 minute walk from Rialto bridge but it is away from the crowds. It is set on a 3st floor with about 55 steps up
Rialto Bridge is at a 5 minute walk, St. Mark’s Square can be reached in 10 minutes through a wonderful walk including Campo Ss. Giovanni e Paolo and Campo Santa Maria Formosa, two of the most beautiful squares in Venice.
Murano, Burano and Torcello islands are easily reachable with the public waterbus (Line 12) from nearby station Fondamente Nuove. In 15 minutes you can reach the ancient Jewish Ghetto with its five beautiful synagogues.

City tax
When staying overnight in Italy, in certain cities tourists have to pay a city tax. In Venice, it applies on the first 5 consecutive nights.

– minor persons to 11 years do not pay.
Check-In
– from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm, by appointment and free of charge;
– from 8:00 pm to 01:00 am, by appointment and with an extra charge of € 30 to be paid upon arrival.
– from 1:00 am to 3:00 am, by appointment and with an extra charge of € 40 to be paid upon arrival.
Lastest check-in time is 3:00 am.

Deposit
Please note that a deposit of € 150 will be charged to your credit card on arrival. This will be returned after check-out, subject to a damage inspection
Cancellation Policy

- if you cancel within 7 days of the arrival, you will be charged 30% of the total amount
- in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
