The apartment has a beautiful private terrace where you can enjoy a fantastic view over the domes of St. Mark’s Basilica, St. Mark’s bell tower and of the roofs of Venice.

Please note that in Italy it is mandatory to sign a contract also for short-term home rentals and that, upon arrival, you will be asked to sign a standard contract reporting the amount net of the commission fees.
Besides, the guests’ personal information must be sent to the local police authorities within 24 hours of their arrival.
City tax: When staying overnight in Italy, in certain cities tourists have to pay a city tax. In Venice, it applies on the first 5 consecutive nights. The current amount is 4 euro per person/night to be paid at arrival; minor persons to 11 years do not pay.
Check-in is by appointment, starts at 2:00 pm and it is free of charge until 8:00 pm; from 8:00 pm to 1:00 am there is a charge of 30 euro to be paid upon arrival; from 1:00 am to 3:00 am the charge is 50 euro to be paid upon arrival.
Please communicate the time of arrival of your plane or train and a contact number (valid mobile phone). Detailed information about the meeting point will be given upon confirmation.

Deposit: please note that a deposit of 150 euro will be charged to your credit card on arrival. This will be returned after check-out, subject to a damage inspection Cancellation Policy

“What can we say? What a fantastic apartment, just perfect. 100 m from St Mark’s with a rooftop terrace with a view to die for. Normally we might want somewhere further away from the hubub of the centre of a city but this location was spot-on. Not too far to anywhere and a great centre to head out and explore. The open-plan space is lovely with beams and beautiful furnishings. Kitchen has everything you need. We opted to sleep in the upstairs bedroom. The over-bed window gave us the opportunity to sleep under the stars which was really nice. All in all we couldn’t recommend this apartment highly enough.
